In some jurisdictions, and with certain company types, there is a mandatory requirement that the directors be locally resident; an example is the Isle of Man. Alternatively where a certain jurisdiction allows non resident directors a client may wish to keep arm's length from their company. In both cases AIL are able to provide directors, either natural persons or bodies corporate depending on the jurisdiction.

Directors are legally responsible and are accountable for all the actions of the company of which they are directors. There can be serious penalties under Company Law if directors abrogate their duties to the company. As such where AIL provide directors to a company we maintain full control over the company and its bank account(s). In practical terms the directors will respond to any reasonable request from a beneficial owner and in certain instances would be happy to provide a limited Power of Attorney to specified individuals to facilitate actions of the company. In addition to providing directors AIL is able to offer a full range of administrative services from invoicing and brokerage account opening through to VAT registration and administration, accounting and if required arranging an audit.
